Illustrator, Animator, Game Designer
Paloma Dawkins’s is an illustrator turned animator, turned video game designer and virtual reality maker. Her style, with its psychedelic charm, has the power in and of itself to reel you into her fantasy land… now just imagine living it, in 360°!
That project is called Museum of Symmetry, a video game that takes you on a ride across space and time, visiting all those strange little beings you’d typically meet in your dreams –from talking garden gnomes to riding atop musical manta-rays! Not only will you get to see the creative process her games, but you’ll also get a chance to play them for yourselves!
Designer, Motion Designer, Art Director
Elizabeth Laferrière is a designer bouncing from motion to vjing and art direction. She tells poetic stories through her preferred medium: collage. Her final images have that sought after power to speak volumes, while keeping things simple –one of the hardest things to do!
From a flurry of print work with local institutions like Le Bleury and Urbania, to commercial and vj work that lights up screens both online and on buildings, you’ll discover the intimate side of an artist navigating between creative disciplines on a journey that is lead by a heightened sense of curiosity and instinct.
This month we’re having fun with artists pushing traditional art forms to their new, digital limits. We’re mixing various illustration and collage aesthetics in an exploration that will take us from contemporary designs to fully immersive realities!
