GoMim Subscription Policy
Thank you for choosing GoMim.com. This Subscription Policy explains our terms regarding free and paid plans, billing, cancellations, and refunds. By subscribing to any of our paid services, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Subscription Plans
GoMim offers flexible subscription options designed to fit different learning needs. Users can choose from Free, Pro, or Unlimited plans depending on their usage and learning goals.
- Free Plan: Limited usage with 10 daily credits, quick response model, and basic image & text input.
- Pro Plans (Monthly/Yearly): Access to premium features including 5000 monthly credits, Think Deeper AI model, full question history, 24/7 AI tutor support, image & text input, and no ads.
- Unlimited Plan (Monthly/Yearly): Enjoy unlimited monthly credits, advanced Think Deeper AI model, full question history, 24/7 AI tutor support, image & text input, and ad-free experience.
2. Billing & Payments
- All payments are securely processed via Stripe
- Subscription fees are automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorize GoMim to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Taxes may apply depending on your local laws and jurisdiction.
3. Free Trials
Some plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your card will be charged at the regular rate.
4. Upgrade & Downgrade
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Any unused portion of your current plan will be credited toward the new plan.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your existing features until the next renewal date.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your GoMim account dashboard. After cancellation:
- You will not be charged in the next billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to paid features until your current billing period ends.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, including:
- Partial usage
- Unused credits
- Failure to cancel before renewal
Exceptions are made only in cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Verified technical failure caused by GoMim's platform
7. Payment Failures
If your payment fails or is declined, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free Plan until a valid payment method is provided.
8. Changes to This Policy
GoMim may update its pricing, subscription tiers, or policies at any time. All updates will be posted on this page and will apply immediately upon publication. We encourage users to review this page regularly to stay informed.
9. Account Information & User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their GoMim account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
- You must ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
- You may not share, resell, or transfer your subscription or account access to others.
- GoMim will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
